Jim also invested in real estate and developed a keen talent for purchasing and renovating residential properties in St. Petersburg.
Sports, home renovation and real estate development dominated Jim’s life. A lifelong recreational golfer and huge Tiger fan, Jim was kind, sensitive and generous, and fondly remembered for his quirky sense of humor and the sound of his laughter. With his truly unique perspective on life, he found humor in the most unusual circumstances. Never worried about the future, he lived life in the moment yet had a great vision and determination to succeed, leading to his remarkable business and financial success. Jim was a proud man with a unique ability to comfort others and remained devoted to his family and close friends throughout his adult life.
