Merf was one of the most special, kind and generous people I have ever known. I will miss him terribly and remember him with love.
Diana,
You and Merf were an inspiration to any couple that knew you both. You both made everyone happy to be around you. I know you have many happy memories of times you shared that will always make you smile. Know that my prayers are with you and your family. Merf always had a way of making me smile no matter what. He will be missed.

In Memory of a very kind Man, who had a smile whenever I saw him. You will be miss by those here, but loved by all the Angels.
In the years that you and Merf have been our neighbors, we've grown to love you both. Jerry will miss his "construction partner" and I'll miss Merf's sense of humor! We are proud to have called him a friend and glad that God placed you in our neighborhood. You are loved, and will always be in our prayers. May God wrap His loving arms around you and uphold you during the days ahead. Numbers chapter 6 verses 24-26: The LORD bless the and keep thee: The LORD make His face to shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up His countenance upon thee, and give thee peace." With much love and prayer, Gloria and Jerry
Please accept our heartfelt sympathies for your loss. We know that Merf experienced a great deal of suffering since he was diagnosed with cancer. We pray that you will find comfort in knowing that he is no longer in pain. Our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.
Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow. What moves through those left behind is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why Merf left this earth so soon, or why he left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that he died, but that he lived. And that his life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. Not only do you have the sweet memory of Merf's love, but you also have the love of those around you to help you through the days ahead.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you,
Tina & Stephen Edgar
