My prayers are with family and friends...Jim was a Wonderful friend and will be missed Dearly
We know Jim from Bayside Community Church where he attended in Tampa. We were always happy to see his smiling face and he was always friendly. He quietly helped with contributions to the Samaritan's Purse Christmas boxes that we assemble every year with whatever we needed. In fact this year, just recently, he contributed a large number of small flashlights to be included in the boxes as the children that receive these boxes are children that often live in poverty and darkness. We know he wouldn't want any overt recognition for those contributions, but we just wanted his family to know how helpful he always was. He will be missed at our church. May the Lord bless you all and give you comfort in the coming weeks and months as you recall good memories.

Dear Family, I enjoyed seeing Jim in downtown St. Petersburg when he drove a friend to and from work. He was always so friendly and kind and asked about me and others. I am sorry for your loss and grateful that he is with his Lord. Sending my sympathy and love, Cynthia Lake
Jim was a wonderful faithful prayer minister on the Joy FM prayer line. So often after his prayer shift, he would call me to pray for those he was privileged to speak with. He would be crying with compassion for them and wanted to make sure I was praying too. I loved his heart. In fact he is the only prayer minister in 24 years who insisted he would take his prayer line shift and answer calls even while in rehab and he did! He was determined to help others and win souls to Jesus. Jim will be missed, I am sure he is so happy in Heaven with Jesus.Love Linda and Dave Morrison
