James Gary Haas' Obituary
Haas, James Gary, 57
A longtime resident of Pinellas Park, Gary would run into friends wherever he went. A loyal and loving husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Gary was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and graduated from Gibbs High School in 1982.
His work career in customer service included Ottlite Technology, Aetna, HSN and a few other places where he made lifelong friends who all say that he was a great coworker and kept them laughing.
Gary is survived by his wife Carrie, children James, Lauren, Liliana and Ryan, granddaughter Skiilynn, sister Sandra (Terry), brother David, Mother-in-law Melanie (Darrell), Sisters-in-law Peggy (Anthony) and Suzy (David), Brothers-in-law John (Jennifer), Michael (Gretchen), Matthew (Niki) and many cousins, nieces and nephews that he loved so much.
His family was his life and he was always willing to help anyone he could. His children were the most important people in his life and he was beyond grateful to his cousin Teri for allowing him extended time with them by donating a kidney 2 1/2 years ago.. Gary stayed strong through what life dealt him and fought hard until the very end for a chance to come home to his family.
Although he will be missed greatly by everyone who was lucky enough to know him, he is now pain free and reunited with his parents and the Lord.
Gary, Daddy, Friend...Until we meet again...fly high! We will always love you!
