James Robert Evans, 35, of St. Petersburg, Florida sadly passed away on July 28th, 2023.
Born on July 12th, 1988 in Dunedin, Florida, he is survived by his parents, Mike and Liana Evans, sister and brother-in-law Ashley and Tyler Philbrook, and twin brother and sister-in-law, Bryan and Amanda Evans. He will be dearly missed and always remembered by those who love him.
