James Edward Busch's Obituary
Busch, James Edward, 83, of Pinellas Park, passed away on August 25, 2024, at Northside Hospital of cardiac arrest. He was Catholic and had served as an altar boy. James was also a member of the Knights of Columbus and spoke Latin. He is survived by his wife Jennifer, son Tyler Busch and his wife Karli and three grandchildren: twins Logan and Caroline and Jayden. James, who went by Jeb or Jim, was born in Hazel Park, MI to John Fredrick and Margaret Irene Busch on February 15, 1941. He earned a bachelor’s in education at the University of Florida and was a teacher in Pinellas County for over 30 years. Jim’s hobbies included fishing, billiards, painting, sketching and woodworking. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Jim had a long history of diabetes and was a sober member of AA for over 50 years.
Visitation will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Friday, September 13, 2024 beginning at 10am with service to follow at 11am.
