Isabelle A. Gibson's Obituary
Gibson, Isabelle A., 84, of Wasilla, Alaska, formerly St. Petersburg, died December 28th at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center in Palmer, AK. She was born in Baltimore, MD, and lived in the Panama Canal Zone for nearly 30 years. Locally, she was a member of the Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle and the Panama Canal Society, and worked as a benefits administrator at the Veteran's Administration Regional Office. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Doris Gibson; Nieces, Patricia Mathias & Karen Punturo all of Wasilla, Kathleen Gibson and Mike Blake of Palmer, Virginia and Mike Geary of Wasilla; Nephews, Archie Gibson III of Roanoke, VA, James Gibson of New York City, Michael Gibson of Springfield, VA, Christopher and Peggy Gibson of Pittsburgh, PA; 16 grand nieces and nephews and 10 great-grand nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the funeral home 6-8 PM, Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2008. Mass of Christian Burial, 1 PM, Thursday, at the Cathedral of St. Jude. Interment following in Memorial Park Cemetery
