Mrs. Irish V. Milligan's Obituary
Irish V. Milligan of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away Monday, June 11, 2018 in Clearwater, Florida. She was 77. Irish was born August 13, 1940 in Naguabo, Puerto Rico; the beautiful daughter of the late Matias Ortiz and Monseratte Navareto Ortiz.
Irish devoted her time to her family as a loving wife and mother and was a life-long member of the catholic church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Scott Edward Milligan. Irish is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Ronald P Milligan and three children; Ronald Calvin Milligan, Catherine Yvette Tilman and Ernest Rafael Milligan. She is also the loving grandmother of five grandchildren; Kristin Rene’ Herman, Joseph Edward Milligan, Jessica Victoria Milligan, Isaac Milligan and Jazlyn Milligan.
Visitation will be 10am until 11am followed by funeral service at 11am, Thursday, June 14, 2018 in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home 5750 49th St. N, St. Petersburg, FL 33709. Immediately following the ceremony, friends and family will process to her final resting place in Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Petersburg.
