I didn't know Irene beyond the cherished Easter celebrations at Diane and Cy's home. What I so admired about this most talented, faithful, and strong woman is that she was a wonderful wife and caretaker to her husband, Stan, who was confined to a wheel chair for 60 yrs. She did it with grace and dignity. She was highly organized and a perfectionist homemaker.
