My first memory of Mr. Palmer was at D &D missionary homes. He helped me and Joanne tie smoke bombs to our bikes when we were 14. As my best friend's father, Hugh was strong dependable and constant. I always knew that he would be there for me if I ever needed him. This earth has lost a good man. Happy Heaven Mr. Palmer, you will be missed. Until we see you again, when we all get to heaven, what a glorious day that will be
