Howard B. Quarty's Obituary
Quarty, Howard B., 82 of St Petersburg died Friday, December 15, 2006 at his home. Born in Long Island, New York, he moved here many years ago. He retired after 25 years service as a produce manager for Bohack's Grocery in Long Island. He was a Marine Corps veteran of WWII and a member of AmVets Post 1. He is survived by a son, Gary of Southold, New York; two daughters, Sharon VanSluis of Rancho Santa Margarita, California and Susan Quarty of Southold, New York; three sisters, Mabel Waterhouse, of Milford, Delaware, Pauline Luter and Alfrieda Taplin both of Southold and three grandchildren.
