Herman Y. Garcia, 82, of Largo, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his sisters Oralia Treat, Ester Adame, Esmeralda Hein, Elvira Robles, Mary Ann Garcia and brother Edward (Hodie) Garcia as well as many nieces and nephews.
