Ms. Henrietta I Farley's Obituary
Henrietta I. Farley - 85, of St. Petersburg peacefully passed December 1, 2014 at Westminister Suncoast Nursing Care Center. Born 1929 in Warren, Ohio to Irene and John Farley, Henrietta moved with her family to St. Petersburg in 1935. She was a 1948 graduate of St. Petersburg High School and earned degrees from St. Petersburg Junior College and University South Florida. She had a fulfilling career with the St. Petersburg Times for more than 30 years. Upon her retirement she moved to Franklin, North Carolina and enjoyed many years of gardening, golfing and living the "mountain life". She is predeceased in death by her parents, siblings-Frank Stewart (Chicago), Mary Banks (St. Petersburg), Charles Stewart (Largo) and her lifelong friend Constance Lang. She is survived by her nephews, niece and many additional extended family and friends. She was a Christian and an active member at St. Bede's Episcopal Church and later St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church both in St. Petersburg.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 2:30pm graveside at Memorial Park Cemetery.
