Helen Grace Pardus' Obituary
Pardus, Helen Grace went home to be with the Lord on February 27, 2013. She was born in Schenectady, NY on March 21, 1925, married Andrew Pardus in 1949 and had two children, Shelley & Gordon. She began raising, breeding and grooming show quality poodles in 1955 and named her business Voila Poodles. She moved to St. Petersburg, Florida in 1972 and owned and operated two pet grooming shops in the years that followed. She also worked as an administrative assistant, bookkeeper and secretary with several companies until retiring. Helen was multi-talented. She loved to sew, paint and sculpt dolls.....and oh how she loved to dance. She is survived by her daughter Shelley Abblett, grandaughter Michelle Pardus, grandson Jesse Pardus, great grandaughter Savanna Pardus and Neice Gerry Vincent in Clearwater/St. Petersburg. She is also survived by many neices and nephews. She was loved by all who knew her. Graveside Service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetary on Saturday March 09 at 1:30 followed by a Celebration of Life at her family home.
