Harry "Richard" Spencer Jr.'s Obituary
Harry Richard Spencer Jr. (Richard), 82, of Clearwater, Florida passed away peacefully at home on March 4th, 2024.
Born in Pasadena, California on August 9th, 1941, to the late Harry Richard Spencer Sr. and Evelyn Mildred Hardy, Richard would go on to complete his high school education. After receiving his diploma, Richard enlisted into the United States Air Force on April 25, 1960. He went on to study at the Chanute AFB, Illinois. He dedicated the rest of his working years to the United States Postal Service.
Surviving Richard are his beloved wife of 53 years, Christina “Chris” June Spencer, his daughters Lynn (Terry) Hysell, Angie Gleaton, and bonus daughter, Kelly Munn, his sister Jackie Walker, his grandchildren Eric (Christina) Hysell, Stephanie (Donny) Hugley, Matt (Gaby) Hysell, and his four great grandchildren Ashlynn Hysell, Domenic Hugley, Sierra Hugley and Belle Hugley.
He will be received in heaven by his parents and sister Anne Garcia.
Richard was a spiritual light in the lives of everyone he met. He was a kind and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed deeply by his family.
A graveside service for Richard will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery on Saturday, March 16th at 10 A.M.
