Harold Martin Leslie's Obituary
Harold Martin Leslie, 89, of St. Petersburg, FL passed away December 28, 2023. He was born on February 13, 1934 in New York City to William and Maxine (Zusman) Leslie. He was a loving husband of 69 years.
A Florida resident for over 70 years, he graduated from Tampa Technical College, St. Petersburg Junior College and Eckerd College. He was a proud member of the Florida National Guard, and was very active with the PTA in the 70’s and 80’s, especially when his children attended Dixie Hollins High School. Harold was a technical writer when he retired from L3 Communications after many years.
Survivors include his wife Willie Louise Leslie; his children, William ‘Norman’ Leslie, Bruce Allen Leslie and wife Laura; and Lorri Leslie; siblings, his sister Ellen Dietzman and husband David and brother Lorne Clark; grandchildren, Keith Andrew Leslie and wife Erin, and Emilee Louise Leslie and wife Sarah; and great grandchildren, Miller and Noah Benjamin.
A funeral service will be held at 12pm on Tuesday, January 2 at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5750 49th St N, St. Petersburg followed by interment at Woodlawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral.
