Geraldine S Puckelwartz's Obituary
Geraldine Stuart Packer Puckelwartz passed away peacefully Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Suncoast Hospice - Pinellas Park, Florida. She was 89.
Her parents, Ethel and Newton B. Packer, settled in St Petersburg, Florida in 1924. Geraldine was born June 7, 1929 in Mound Park Hospital (currently known as Bayfront Center) in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Like her parents, Geraldine remained a life-long resident of the St. Petersburg community.
Geraldine had two sisters; her older sister Betty Chapman and her younger sister Florence May Jurzick. On October 12, 1951, she married Clair Moris Puckelwartz and had four children; Danny Otto, Terry Allen, Roy Newton and Geraldine Lorraine.
She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 12pm until 2pm followed by funeral services at 2pm Monday, November 19, 2018 in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home 5750 49th St. N, St. Petersburg, FL 33709. Immediately following the funeral services, friends and family will process to Memorial Park Cemetery where she will be laid to rest in the Garden of Remembrance next to her beloved husband Clair (1978).
