Mr. George E. Walsh's Obituary
George E. Walsh, 76, of St. Petersburg died on January 5, 2009, at his home under the care of Hospice. He moved here in 1971 from his native Detroit, Michigan and was a Master Mason. He worked in law enforcement for the city of St. Petersburg and was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War. He enjoyed sports, motorcycles and traveling. survivors include 2 daughters, Cheryl and Kathy; a stepson, Steve; 3 step-grandchildren; and 2 step great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, January 12 from 5-8pm and service on Tuesday, January 13 at 1pm at the Memorial Park Funeral Home.
