Geoff was my sponsor, advisor and spiritual mentor. He was possibly the most generous man i have ever known. I send my deepest condolences to Silvia and to the many others who loves Geoff. ,I remember Geoff co-chairing meetings at BAGIS with Big Bad Bobby way back in the early 80's. The two of them really made sobriety come alive. in the thousand or so meetings i attended not once did i see a person leave early. Geoff was also a wonderful friend. i have always loved him as guy who could work magic in helping me during the toughest life times. He will be very missed by hundreds who loved him. thanks to Geoff and many others i have been sober over 40 years.

I'm just now hearing about Geoff's passing. So sad. He was a friend and mentor for 30 plus years. He literally saved my life. Prayers for Silvia and family. Going to miss him.

To Silvia and all the Everhart family,
I'm sorry that it has taken me so long to put this post online. Geoff was my sponsor, and my friend. Geoff was very active in AA, and sponsored many people. Thank you to the family for sharing Geoff with those of us in the fellowship. Geoff was more than just my sponsor, he was a true friend, and I miss him dearly. I miss seeing him at the meetings, and I miss seeing him at Church. Geoff was truly an amazing man, a great husband and a great father. He will be missed by so many. God bless Silvia and all of the Everhart family.

To Silvia and all the Everhart Family,
My prayers for each and every one of you at this sad time of loss.
How do I thank you for sharing your Husband, Dad, with so many of us AA's on every Monday night at BAIGIS? Geoff was there when I was a struggling "newbie" 35 years ago. He was there to teach us all the meaning of what was involved in each of those 12 steps. For me it began as so much gibberish, only to evolve into a most meaningful way of life. Anytime I've shared my story, AA's 12 steps way of life has held priority.
Geoff was so instrumental in guiding me forward to a new life where I could finally be the wife, mom, grandma, and now great-grandma, friend and relative God always meant me to be. Thank you Geoff, and your loving family, for all of my blessings. God be with you all.
