Mr. Gary Blaine Wence's Obituary
Wence, Gary, Blaine, 58, of Largo, FL, passed away on April 3rd, 2016. He was born in Angola, IN on January 18th, 1958 to Herschel Wence and Sue Foster. He was a loving father, son and brother. Gary was a sports enthusiast and a fan of the Rays and Mets. He enjoyed playing Jai-alai and participated in matches when he was younger, and later he played with friends. His TV was often set to Star Trek, wrestling, or Classic movies. Being a people person he never knew a stranger and was loving and kind to all he knew, and never had a mean bone in his body. Gary was known for being a comic and joking around with his friends and family but he particularly enjoyed teasing and embarrassing his son. Gary touched the lives of many people.
He is preceded in death by his father Herschel "Blaine" and brother Steven Eric. His is survived by his son Aaron Wence; mother Sue Foster; brother Kevin (Kate) Wence; nephew Christopher Wence; son’s mother Donna Lindberg; cousin Regina Lancaster; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A visitation will be held at Memorial Park on Saturday, April 23rd from 1-3pm with a funeral service at 3pm and committal service at his gravesite to follow.
