Gary was part of a clergy prayer and support group in Tampa Bay for the better part of 15 years. We loved his eternal optimism. It wasn't based on personality, though he certainly had that. It was his unshakable confidence in God. Nothing shall separate us from the love of Christ.(Romans 8:35-39) Dear friend, enjoy your eternal rest in the presence of our Creator. Gary has been our pastor and friend over the years since we first met him at Bethany Reformed Church. He had a passion for living and loved The Lord deeply, which showed up in his sermons and his Bible studies. Gary has been a stronghold for many and he loved helping people. He was very knowledgeable of Scripture and could quote from different books chapters and verses depending on what he was preaching on. My wife and I are so grateful that he was in our lives. He visited us when we were not doing well. He counseled us, he was devoted to the Lord and to his wife. He will always remain in our hearts... We miss him so much.

I had the privilege of serving on Via de Cristo teams with Pastor Gary, where I enjoyed quiet talks with him in the beautiful setting of Rotary’s Camp Florida. His powerful witness was a joy to behold, and I know he changed many lives. We’ll miss him greatly.
My fondest memories of Gary is getting to eat out with the family in Clermont FL around 2014. Then catching up years later enjoying conversation when visiting (my dearest Bestie) his sister- in-law Norma & brother -in- law Tommy. My prayers & Blessings for all the family. Rest In Peace Gary 🙏🏻
