Russell, Gail C., 60, of Brandon, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 12, 2016. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5750 49th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
