Spicer, Frank A., 83, of Pinellas Park, went to be with the Lord on Thurs., September 2. He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth Burget-Spicer; 4 sons: Aaron and Lisa Spicer, Tarpon Springs, Gary and Julie Spicer, St. Petersburg, Mark and Wendi Spicer, Hillsborough, NC, Frank and Roxanne, TN, 1 daughter: Isobel Spicer, New York City, 2 step-children: Ginger Burget , Largo, and Ron and Pamela Burget, Safety Harbor; sister, Norma and Glenn Kisner, Little Hocking, OH; brothers: Russell (Fred) and Naomi Spicer, Akron, OH, Darrell and Irene Spicer, Tallmadge, OH, and Rev. Robert (Bob) and Kathy Spicer, Cherry Hill, NJ; aunt, Verda Nuzum, Parkersburg, WV; sister-in-law Betty Spicer, Akron, OH; several wonderful grandchildren and one lovely great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his son, Johnny Spicer and his brother Luther (Jim).
