Frank Jackson Crump Jr's Obituary
Frank Jackson "Jack" Crump Jr. died on June 2nd, 2023. He was born on November 30th, 1945, in St. Petersburg, the only son of Frank and Autie Mae Crump. Jack graduated from St. Petersburg High School and the University of South Florida. He was a process engineer, working on various programs including the Space Shuttle and Trident missile programs. Jack married his high school sweetheart in 1965. He was an avid runner, bowler and in his later years, bicyclist. Jack was known as a creative and talented man who could make or fix anything. Jack was remarkably loyal to those he loved and will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Geraldine. He is survived by his loving wife, Virginia "Gini"; sister Beverly (Richard) Falcon; daughters, Cheryl (Bill) Coen and Christine (Dennis) England; grandchildren, William (Christian) Coen, Jena Coen, and Clare Tullgren and Devin England; great-grandsons, William Carl, Jackson, and Robert Coen; nephew Andrew (Danine) Falcon, and niece, April (Dave) Falcon Doss.
A celebration of life will take place at Friendship Community Church (4321 Duhme Rd, Madeira Beach, FL) on Friday, July 14th from 2- 4 PM (service starting at 3 PM).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Parkinson's Foundation, Suncoast Hospice, or Friendship Community Church in Jack's memory.
