Francis Lewis Rosenberg III's Obituary
Francis "Frank" Lewis Rosenberg III, age 68, of Seminole, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2025. He was born on December 11, 1956, in Cadillac, Michigan, to Francis Lewis Rosenberg Jr. and Betty Louise Westman.
Frank graduated from Walled Lake Western High School in 1974. In 1976, at the age of twenty, he rode his trusty bicycle from Michigan to Texas and then to Florida, eventually settling in the Tampa area, where his father was living at the time.
After coming to Christ in the early 1980s, Frank began attending Central Christian Church, where he met Peggy Parry in 1983. On November 24, 1984, Frank and Peggy were married at Central Christian Church. In November 2024, they celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with their six children and eight grandchildren.
Frank was a general contractor by trade. He built multiple houses in the Tampa Bay area and worked on hundreds of homes during his thirty-year career.
A fervent Christian, Frank devoted his life to spreading the gospel message of Jesus Christ. As an active member of Seminole First Baptist, he enjoyed leading Bible study every Sunday morning.
Frank loved his family zealously and lived his life in service to God, his wife, his children, and his grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his father, Francis; his mother, Betty; his sisters, Betty and Susie. Frank is survived by his wife, Peggy; his six children, Kyle, Aaron, Anna, Matthew, Hannah, and Noah; his brother, Pete; and his eight grandchildren, Lilah, Leo, Evan, Eli, Avery, Annabell, William, and Sullivan.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Seminole First Baptist on Saturday, March 29, at 3:00 PM. Visitation will be from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
