Williams, Frances M. 95 passed away Saturday, November 28, 2015. She resided at Meadowbrook Manor in Naperville, Il. Born in Endicott, N.Y. Frances was a member of Holy Apostle Church in Dunedin, Florida and the Sons of Italy in Binghamton, N.Y. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Nelson B. Williams Jr.; three daughters, Margaret Oakley, Shingletown, CA., Beverly Morris, Bryon Il. Rosalie Wichlenski, Charlotte, NC, and her son Nelson "Rick" Williams, Bryon Il; 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on December 19 from 2 until 3:30 Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery 5750 49th St N. St Petersburg, FL 33709 Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
