Aunt Emma taught me to sew when I was young and she also made my gowns for concerts when I was in the JW Hallahan orchestra in high school. She was always helping my family when we were young and she also made the most gorgeous birthday cakes for me as a child. She will be missed but never forgotten, she has always been a very special part of my life and will live forever in my heart. Love you Aunt Emma
I can remember my mom always being at school to help in the classrooms, with making costumes for glee club, making baked goods for all occasions from Christening to wedding cakes. When anyone in the neighborhood needed something, mom was always there to lend a helping hand. She had a wonderful talent when it came to making costumes and clothing. Here she was an artist. Mom also had a love of fishing and boating. We use to spend summers in Wildwood NJ on our boat the Margo's B and later on the Sea Biscuit. She is the strongest woman that I know and love.
