Ellen L Faulkner's Obituary
Ellen Louise Faulkner, age 80, passed away surrounded by loved ones early Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Northside Hospital in St Petersburg, FL. She was born in Renovo, PA on January 7, 1938 to mother, June E. Neff, and father, Williard G. Schell and moved to Florida in 1959.
We could talk about her school and career. We could talk about her hobbies and interests, such as shopping, reading and going to the movies. But anyone that knew Ellen knew that her entire world revolved around her family. Spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandbabies and fur babies brought her so much love and joy. They were her heart and soul; the light of her life. And in return, she was the light of their lives. Because of her unconditional love, this family knows the meaning of love and the importance of family first.
She will be forever loved and dearly missed by her son, Timothy (Susan) Faulkner; four daughters, Kim (Lester) Bennett, Lori McCoy, Lynn Faulkner, and Cindi Faulkner; brother, Robert (Katie) Schell; sister-in-law, Phyllis Schell; seven grandchildren, Michelle Goodman, Tiffany (Clint) Allen, Justin (Paige) Bennett, Stephanie Faulkner, Brittany (Charlie) Ives, Chase Bennett, and Ariel McCoy; and four great grandchildren, Amber, Lonnie, Paisley, and Blake. Ellen will also be lovingly remembered by many extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Gerald Schell, Richard Schell and James Schell, and sister, Beverly Brooks.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5750 49th St N, St. Petersburg, FL. A Celebration of Ellen’s life will immediately follow at the Mainlands Six (Clubhouse), 3550 Mainlands Blvd South, Pinellas Park.
Ellen was a survivor of breast cancer. Memorial donations in honor of Ellen may be made to Breast Cancer Research Foundation (https://www.bcrf.org/).
