Elaine K Bock's Obituary
Heaven's gates opened wide for Elaine "Sunny" Bock on Thursday, April 3rd, 2014. She was an angel on earth, leaving a path of kindness, compassion and love... enriching and bringing light to every life she touched throughout her 87 years. Nicknamed "Sunny" in nursing school at the early age of 17 for her sunny disposition and contagious smile, she spread "Sun"shine everywhere during her life as a registered nurse, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and loyal friend, leaving her loving mark upon everyone. Her love of humankind lives on in her four surviving children Mitch (Marcia) Nicolaisen and Neil (Beth) Nicolaisen of Phoenix, AZ, Robin Nicolaisen of Oakboro, NC and Kris (Barbara) Nicolaisen of St. Petersburg, grandchildren Brad, Lauren, Tyler, Erik, Kristoffer, Garrett and great-grandchildren Adrienne, Peter, Julien and baby girl Ryan. We celebrate and thank God for our "Sunny" Bock. Predeceased by first husband and father of her children, Walter Nicolaisen, her precious daughter Dawn Wedemeier, and second husband Christian Bock. In lieu of flowers, please send offerings to Suncoast Hospice who gave her such TLC. A visitation will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Monday, April 7th from 10am until funeral service at 11am. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
