Edward Vernon Summerlin's Obituary
Edward Vernon Summerlin, 79, of St. Petersburg, FL passed away June 16, 2024. He was born on June 29,1944, in North Carolina to Raeford and Doris Summerlin. Edward was a veteran of the United States Army. Following his time in the service, he eventually settled in St. Petersburg. Edward retired from the Pinellas County Schools in 2016. Survivors include his loving wife of over 50 years, Charlotte Summerlin; sister, Kathy Harris and husband Darryl; brother, Bennie Summerlin and wife Pat; and many other extended family members and friends. The interment will take place on a later date at Peninsula Memorial Park, Newport News, VA.
