Mrs Edna Mae Parks' Obituary
Parks, Edna Mae, 101, of Pinellas park, Fl., passed away Monday 12/28/2009. She moved to Pinellas County in 1970 from Plainfield, Indiana where she owned and operated Ashley Hotel and Restaurant. She was a member of The Order of Eastern Star, Gulf Beach Chapter #241 where she served as Electra for many years. She was a seamstress, crafter and world traveler. She was an avid bowler and won many medals and trophies in local, state and national competition including the Senior Olympics. She is preceded in death by her husband's Nicolas Bowman and Loral Parks, her son Charles Milnes and grandson David Stevens. She is survived by her daughter Diane Stevens and her husband Vic, son Robert Milnes and his wife Dreama, her daughter-in-law Pat Milnes, grandchildren Pam Putman (Ron), Jim Milnes (Tina), Craig Stevens (Bev), Vicki Brock (Denver), 9 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren
