We met Don almost 50 years ago while I was in the Air Force. We became fast friends but it was a friendship that would endure. Yes, he had his demons but he always seemed to be in a good mood. The stories from "Thee Apartments" are legendary! You will be missed, my friend!

I am so heartbroken 💔 I just learned today that Don has passed away. And really nothing said about him. Don was my step father for many years. He raised my sister and I as his own, we were his only daughters and he made sure we knew we were his daughters. He gave us everything we needed and wanted, he taught us values and made sure we had a good upbringing. Obituaries always say something about the their lives and who they left behind. Well, he left behind two daughters, Elizabeth and Karin, 4 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. He was a great father and loved. Forever in my heart, rest in piece Dad, aka D-Dig!
