Dennis W Miller's Obituary
Dennis William Miller, age 71, of St. Petersburg, has sadly passed on July 16, 2022 due to complications from his battle with Parkinson’s.
Born on August 27, 1950 in La Crosse, Wisconsin to John and Edna Miller. Dennis grew up with his siblings Jeffrey (Tina) Miller, Kent (Carol) Miller, and Trinie MacFarland.
He loved music of all genres and even played bass in a band in the ‘60s called We the People.
Dennis graduated from La Crosse Central High School. He worked for many years as a printer before deciding to serve his country. He served in the United States Army where he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Sharpshooter badge before entering into the reserves.
Dennis is predeceased by both of his parents and his fur-babies, Cassie Anne and Abbey Rose.
He is survived by his loving wife Lindy Fulghum-Miller; his children Joshua (Jenny) Miller and Justin (Wendy) Miller; his; his grandchildren Megan Miller, Emma Miller, Allyson Larson, and Rhyen Larson; siblings Jeffrey (Tina) Miller, Kent (Carol) Miller, and Trinie MacFarland; his nieces and nephews Joel Miller, Hanna (Brett) Link, Zach Miller, Rachael MacFarland, and Trina (Joe) Eberhardt; his great-nieces Irelyn Eberhardt, Lyla Eberhardt, and Camden Eberhardt; his uncle Vernon Stry; as well as his fur-baby Maddie Rose.
His services will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home on August 6, 2022 starting at 1 PM.
