Dennis Ray Gross' Obituary
Dennis Ray Gross, 77, of Clearwater, FL passed away February 5, 2024. He was born on March 14, 1946 in Olean, NY to Bernard and June (Rogers) Gross. A Florida resident since 1971, Dennis loved motorcycle riding, sailing, rollerblading and bicycle riding on the Pinellas trail, playing at the Internet cafes, spending time with his family and looked forward to having coffee on the porch every morning with his wife. He was a very proud firefighter/paramedic for Largo Fire Department (Station 42) until he was hurt on the job. Survivors include his loving wife of 58 years, Jacquelyn ‘Jacque’ Gross; children, Ginger (Todd) Hayes and Scott (Sally) Gross; sisters, Peggy (Gary) Burlingame and Nancy (Tom) Brumbaugh; grandchildren, Melissa, Ashlyn, Allison, Anastasia, and Alexis; great-grandson, Clayton; and his furry companion, Cherokee. A memorial service will take place at 12pm on Monday, February 26 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5750 49th St N, St. Petersburg.
