He was born in Great Bend KS, the first of five children born to Alexander and Henrietta Casey. He served his country honorably in the Army as a parachutist and sharpshooter, showcasing his bravery and skill. After his service, he channeled his creativity into entrepreneurship, owning a beloved home decorating store where his craftsmanship as a carpenter shone through in every project he undertook.

He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, leaving a legacy of love and laughter in the hearts of those who knew him. He was very proud of his Irish heritage and loved to dance.
