Denise L. Roberts-Carbonneau's Obituary
Denise L. Roberts-Carbonneau, 43, passed away on March 11, 2025, in Pinellas Park, Florida. Born on March 12, 1981, in New York City, New York, Denise lived a life filled with love, adventure, and unwavering devotion to her family.
Denise was a dedicated mother and a licensed professional in commercial real estate insurance. Her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her beloved sons—Julian A. Bannon, Brandon B. Bannon, and Albert J. Roberts III—whom she cherished deeply. She shared a loving marriage with her husband, Christopher Carbonneau, and was a devoted daughter to her father, Albert J. Roberts Jr. She was preceded in death by her mother, Stacey Ann Joyce, and her grandfather, Albert J. Roberts Sr., with whom she shared a special bond.
Denise’s love for the beach was unmatched; she found peace in the sound of the waves and the beauty of sunsets over the water. Whether playing volleyball on the sand or simply soaking in the ocean breeze, the beach was her sanctuary. She also had a deep appreciation for "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and enjoyed vacationing with her family in the Blue Ridge Mountains. A passionate Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan, she cheered for her team with enthusiasm.
Her independent spirit and heart of gold left an indelible mark on those who knew her. She lived life to the fullest with a zest that inspired everyone around her. Denise was known for being "Daddy’s little girl" and a wonderful angel to those who loved her. She carried that same warmth into every relationship she built—whether as a sister to Jennifer M. Roberts, Ariana N. Roberts, Alyssa Roberts, Adam Roberts, and Maria M., or as a cherished granddaughter to Elena Roberts.
Denise’s extended family meant the world to her as well. She shared close bonds with many relatives, including her aunt Joann Roberts; uncles David Roberts, Anthony Roberts, Michael Roberts, Joseph Borg; aunt Francine Rose Szymanski; and uncles Kevin Sullivan and John Sullivan.
A graveside service will be held on March 18, 2025, at Hillsboro Memorial Garden, 2323 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, Florida 33511. The service will begin at 3:00 PM and conclude as Denise is laid to rest alongside her beloved grandfather.
Denise’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest peacefully by the shorelines she adored and among the stars that shine as brightly as she did in life.
