Debra Kay Wagner went home to be with the Lord on June 13th, 2019. Debra was born in Birmingham, AL and is survived and will be missed by her loving friends and family. Services to honor her memory will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 26th with a committal service to follow.
