Debbie was the first person to welcome me into her family, One of my favorite memories is: as a teenager showing up at the Bowman house to see her daughter - who had already left to go on a date with her boyfriend. Debbie and I would sit on the couch and talk. Many years later she sat front row as I married that daughter I went to go see that one day many years ago.
She was truly a second mother to me, she helped me through hard times and really treated me like one of her kids - she is an amazing person and a beautiful human being. I Love her so much.
My very first and favorite memory of my sister Debbie was when I was only 4 years old she must have been 10. we were walking and came across a german shepherd he had a rabbit in his mouth and Debbie very calmly just walked up to it took the rabbit from his mouth and tucked it into her jacket pocket. Amazing, that dog didn't react at all and just let her do it We got it home and I remember her caring for it I think she missed her calling She would have made a get vet. She loved animals every kind But her family was her greatest love and always will be. I love you my sister how you will be missed but I know you are always with us and one day we will all be together again for always <3
