David Lee Riles' Obituary
Riles, David Lee, 86, passed peacefully May 24, 2019. A fourth-generation native Floridian, David was born in Plant City, Florida, on July 24, 1932, and grew up with his siblings in Sarasota and Sebring. He moved to St. Petersburg in the 1950’s where he met, married and started a family with Shirley Frick. He owned his own lawn and pesticide business until his retirement. After the death of his wife Shirley, David married long-time friend, Thea Brown Lowe. They enjoyed traveling and spending time with their many friends. David was civically involved with the Egypt Temple Shriners and was a 32nd degree Mason.
David is survived by his wife, Thea, children Phillip Riles (Roxene) and Beth Ann Teston, grandchildren Worth Teston, Annabeth Teston, Roxene Riles and Jacob Riles, brother, Dennis Riles (Barbara) and several nephews and nieces. He is preceded in death by wife, Shirley, brother, Norman Riles, and Joyce Triano.
