Daniel Michael Brizzi's Obituary
Daniel Michael Brizzi, 37, passed away after a courageous and unwavering battle with cancer. Dan faced his illness as a true warrior, bravely fighting for over five years with remarkable strength and resilience.
Throughout his journey, Dan maintained an optimistic outlook, even while enduring a multitude of physical and emotional challenges. His courage, determination, and spirit were an inspiration to all who knew and loved him.
Dan graduated High School from Admiral Farragut Academy and attended the University of West Florida. He excelled in his plumbing skills and was working toward becoming a licensed plumbing contractor prior to his illness. He took great pride in his work and was always eager to help others.
Dan loved being outdoors and found great joy in scuba diving, hunting and fishing. He cherished the many moments spent in nature with family and friends, creating memories that will be held close by those who shared them.
Daniel is survived by his loving family, including his mother, Nan Elizabeth Hall; his father, Robert Charles Brizzi II, and bonus mother, Traci Brizzi; his brother First Sergeant Robert Charles Brizzi III; his nephew, Robert Charles Brizzi IV; and his paternal grandmother, Geraldine C. Brizzi.
He was preceded in death by his infant sister, Kristina Elizabeth Brizzi; his infant brother, Kevin Christopher Brizzi; his maternal grandparents, Elaine and Frederick A. Hemmer Jr.; his paternal grandfather, Robert C. Brizzi.
Dan will be remembered for his unwavering strength, his spirit, and the love he gave to those around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 11th from 9:30 to 10:30 am with the funeral service starting at 10:30 am. Services will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home, located at 5750 49th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33709.
