Constance Mary Nastasiak's Obituary
Nastasiak-Capucci, Constance "Tina", 49, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on August 10, 2013. Tina graduated from North East High School and Irwin Technical Institute. She worked 26years as an x-ray technologist assistant at All Children's Hospital and 12 years as doctor's assistant and x-ray tech at Family Medical Practice. She dedicated her life to caring for and helping others. Tina had a zest for life and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Johanna G. Salmon and Richard Burke. She is survived by her life partner Chad Capucci, a son Justin Nastasiak, his father Joseph Nastasiak, and a daughter Angelina Bella Capucci, all from St. Petersburg; she is also survived by a son, Michael Capucci from Maryland and one sister, Carrie McCann from Aberdeen, N.C. 8nephews, 3nieces and numerous other family members. An open house to Celebrate Tina's Life is planned for Saturday August 17th at 2201-14 Avenue North, St.Petersburg from 2PM to 6PM. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Suncoast Hospice of Tampa Bay.
