Charles Duncan Donovan's Obituary
DONOVAN, Charles Duncan, 91, of Safety Harbor, FL passed away June 29, 2023. He was born on August 14, 1931 in Highland Park, MI to Dennis and Elizabeth (Dow) Donovan. Charles was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served in Korea. In 1968, Charles and his wife Bessie moved to Florida from Taylor, Michigan. He worked for the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office for many years as a corrections office until he retired in 1996. He was an avid Florida Gator fan! He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Bessie in 2018. Survivors include his son, Jeffrey Donovan and wife Myrna of Oldsmar, FL; step granddaughter, Tiffany Mitchell; great grandson, Tarrin Gold; and dear friend, Jean Johnson. A private graveside will take place on a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Petersburg, FL.
