Mr. Charles C. Cooper's Obituary
COOPER, Charles Calvin, age 92, of Clearwater , FL passed away peacefully on June 29th, 2016 at Palm Garden of Pinellas in Largo, FL. Charles was predeceased by his wife of 29 years, Renate on 6/1/2010, his wife Margaret in 1970, son David and brothers Howard and Richard.
He is survived by his daughter Brigitte Salvati and son in law Tony of Trinity,FL, son Carl Brandt and daughter in law Marlene of Davenport, FL; daughter Robin Moffett of Dallas, TX;
grandchildren Ariela Salvati Behnken and husband Kenneth, Anthony Salvati, Rachael Brandt and Nicholas Brandt; great-grandchildren Troy and Derek Behnken and several nieces and nephews.
He was an avid sailor, model ship builder and was a member of the Poughkeepsie Yacht Club for over 30 years.
There will be a Memorial Service to celebrate his life at Memorial Park Funeral Home - 5750 49th St. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33709 (next to Northside Hospital).
Service will be on Thursday July 7th at 3:00pm, officiated by Pastor Jerry Busby of Starkey Road Baptist Church. Family and Friends are welcome to arrive at 2:30pm.
