If you had asked me a few weeks ago if I knew that I would be writing this post, I would have emphatically told you no!
Charlie was not simply a coworker to me, Charlie Osorio was a friend, a confident, a mentor, a leader, and our “process queen” that was always willing to step in and lend a helping hand (or ear) to anyone that needed it.
Charlie and I “grew up” together in TA and became fast friends even outside of work. There wouldn’t be a day or sometimes even an hour, and when she and I weren’t communicating back-and-forth, uplifting each other, laughing at each other, keeping each other humble, and build each other up to make sure that we stayed on the right path.
Charlie truly cared about her work and the impact she had with all of her clients, hiring managers and her direct reports. She was so much more than just a team lead and a recruiter, she was a mother, a wife, and a grandmother to her family.
I am forever grateful for the time that I could call her my work bestie and more importantly my friend.
Thank you for sharing Charlie with us.

Craig and Family, Our hearts go out to you in this difficult time. I never had the opportunity or privilege to meet Charlene, but Marilyn did. Marilyn spoke on what a great person she was. She was beautiful and had a wonderful heart. I remember one of the first persons to congratulate me at Ed Morse Cadillac when I bought my first Escalade was you Craig. It was August 4, 2020, my 64th birthday. I was there with my twin brother Bob (Elvis). It meant the world to me that you went out of your way to ensure my buying experience was a great one. You are one of the great ones at Ed Morse and I never forgot that. I am here for you Craig. Anytime or anywhere; you need me I am there for you. We are brothers and need to support each other. We are praying for you and your family that you get through this sad time in your life. Love and Respect, Marilyn McPhail & William Wetzig.
Charlie you will soooo be missed by everyone. Thank you for accepting me when Terry introduced us and never treating me like your sisters friend but as a member of your family. I will be there for your sister and your family always. I wish we had more time together. May you rest in peace and may your memory live on forever.
Dear Charlene & Family,
Life will never be the same without Charlene, she brought so much joy, laughter and sweetness everyday. She was part of my first US team in BOA and we all loved her dearly. I will think about you often and our many happy and funny chats. Sending you all my heart felt condolence but I know that no matter where she will be and with whom she will be a permanent ray of sunshine to all even in a bad day.
Love

Funny little Charlie; forever laughing and making everyone laugh around you. God blessed me with knowing you as a small child. I got to hug and kiss, chase and tickle, dance and play with you and your sisters. Such sweet memories forever with me. Through social media I got to watch you and your family grow. What a woman you became, I am blessed to have known you. Rest in peace little Charlie. Loving you always and forever, Valerie Murphy
