Catherine Mary Terzian's Obituary
Catherine Mary Terzian, 81, of Buffalo, New York passed away on December 18th, 2023 in St. Petersburg Florida.
A Memorial Service and Visitation will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home (5750 49th St. N, St. Petersburg FL 33709) at 12:30 PM on Saturday, 30 December, 2023. Visitation will be held from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, followed by an Eckankar Service officiated by Mary Shusta from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Family and guests will gather on site following the service.
Catherine was born in Buffalo, New York to Harold and Catherine Tout on 11 November, 1942. She attended high school in Buffalo, New York and earned a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences at USFSP. She was a valued member of the HR team at TUTORWORKS, where she worked as an HRPR Administrative Assistant for fifteen years. She was actively involved in the spiritual path of Eckankar. She was devoted to her children and grandchildren, and a dedicated animal advocate.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Catherine Tout, and her brothers John, Frank and James.
She is survived by her six children, John Terzian II, Holly McGinness, Catherine Terzian, Patricia Spivey, Deanna Terzian and Charles Terzian. She had a large extended family and circle of friends, who loved her dearly. She was a guiding light to all.
Catherine was full of love, light, and laughter and spread so much of all three over the course of her life to so many others. She overcame life’s challenges with grace and humor. She will be greatly missed.
