Ms. Carolyn Ann Gallace's Obituary
Carolyn Ann Gallace passed away on June 16, 2015 at the age of 73. Our grandma, mom, aunt and good friend was THE piece of the puzzle that kept our family alive & together. She was and will always be our saving grace. The love and bond she always had will forever be with us no matter where our paths or lives take us. We know she will watch over us and keep us forever together.
Our mom was preceded in death by her children Natalie Gallace and Carolyn Lapinski (whose husband Henry also has passed); her parents Michael & Grace Tocci Vileno and her brothers Angelo and Michael.
She is survived by her brother George; children Bruno, Raymond (Arelis), Michele, Bryan (Stephanie); grandchildren Alexandria, Ryan, Raymond, Nicholas, Michael, Briana, Natalie, Anderson, Brittini, Gina, Alex and all of her beloved dogs who will always follow.
Carolyn graduated from New Rochelle High School in 1959 and earned a nursing degree from NY Flooding Hospital. She worked for the city of New Rochelle for 20 years, retiring after serving as secretary to the commissioner of public works. She was a member of Transfiguration Church and a volunteer in the church office as well as a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Catholic Daughters of America.
