Carolann Marie Baker's Obituary
Carolann M. Baker was born in Pawtucket, RI, January 12, 1946. Carol, as her friends called her, died May 2, 2021.
Carol married Fred Baker October 7, 1967 in Gates, NY. Carol’s greatest joy was her children and grandchildren. She never missed any activity they were involved in and became a cheerleader, coach and equipment manger for youth sports teams. She so enjoyed her granddaughters school plays and musicals. She worked many years as a school bus driver volunteering to drive the bus for both her children’s games and other school activities because she loved being around all the students. Her greatest joy was driving special needs children to their functions and would take them, with their parents permission to McDonalds at the end of her school year to celebrate. They were very special to her.
Carol loved decorating and remodeling her homes and drew many compliments and requests for ideas by friends and family, but she specially loved a long line of pet family members that she trained and spoiled over the years. They were her children too.
Carol is survived by her husband Fred; children: Pamela Lukas and partner Angelo Palmi, Chad (Patrice) Baker, Jayson (Emily) Baker. Grandchildren: Alyssa (Bryan) Mott and Skyler Baker.
A private memorial for the immediate family will be held at the cemetery.
