I met Bobbie in the San Francisco airport in 2013. I was reading Osho and had a bag full of spiritual and philosophical texts. In the terminal I sat down next to a woman charging her phone. She looked up at me after a while and we started chatting about my books. She told me about how she had just completed a silence retreat. We ended up going for dinner together at the airport and talking for hours. We were in touch for a few years until 2016. She was there for me during a challenging time in my life where I didn’t really know who to look to for advice. I thought of her this morning and found this. I’m so sorry for your loss. I only caught a glimpse of Bobbie in this life and it was beautiful.
