Blanche Deanna Morris' Obituary
Morris, Blanche "Deanna", 78 of St. Petersburg, FL passed away on November 30, 2015. Deanna was born to Kenneth and Lula Robbins on June 28, 1937 in Indianapolis, IN. Deanna is survived by her loving family including her children: Donna (Jim) Tienhaara, Julie Albright (Mike Moran), Jack (Heidi) Morris, and Karen Morris; grandchildren: Wesley (Jessica) Morris, Michelle Strever (Mike Johanneson), Faith (Jason) Griggs, Carrie (Joel) Baumgartner, James (Wendi) Tienhaara, Christopher Morris, Victoria Morris, Laura Morris, Jack Morris, James (Natalie) Morris, Melisa Morris, Patty (Derrick) Jerome, and Jaimie Keith; great-grandchildren: Xavier, Alyssa, Gabriella, Peyton, Jonah, Jody, Josiah, Charlie, Michael, Caleb, Marian, Benjamin, Lincoln, Annie, Ella, Carter, Aveion, Aiden, Brooklyn, Nikolai, Kerra, Kylie, Dylan, and Kloie.
She was a member of CrossePointe church (formerly Pinellas Park Baptist Temple). She was a part of the “Senior Ladies’ Small Group”. She taught Sunday School for many years and sang in the choir at Pinellas Park Baptist Temple.
She loved to do crafts and really enjoyed reading. She could get lost in a good book. And one of her last crafting projects was making pillowcase dresses for children on the mission field around the world.
Before retiring, she had worked as Salad Chef at the Safety Harbor Spa. Later, she worked as a pastry chef.
She was always ready to open her home to those in need.
