Bissoondai Singh's Obituary
Bissoondai was born to the late Ramdial and Rukmanie (Sumentra) Samaroo, a LBI estate engineer worker and paddy business owners, in East Coast, Guyana on January 20, 1930. She cared for a sickly mother and two younger siblings until she got married to Jaikaran Singh at the tender age of 16. Biss was blessed with a large and loving family. She raised her nine children with patience, discipline and humility. Always encouraging them to work hard to get all that life has to offer. Without a formal education Biss was genuine to heart, full of life experiences, and did whatever she could for her children to be successful. She was kind and softly spoken, and always had time to answer a question or solve a problem, no matter how small. Her stories were simply the best! She could fill a room with smiling faces with just her presence. She will be missed dearly by all her loved ones both near and far. Especially those who hold her close to their hearts.
Biss is survived by her sister Pearl, her sons Jai, Toolah, Narine & Karan; her daughters Dolly, Baby, Gaitree & Sabie, her grandchildren Kem, Rickey, Gita, Babita, Nita, Suresh, Radha, Babita, Tara, Babes, Rashma, Ravi, Annie, Kavita, Devindra, Naresh, Nado, King, Nicky, Shally, Billy, Rajin, Sharda, Rohan, Andy, Sanjay & Andre, 52 great -grands, 14 great-great grands. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son (Ramo), Grandchildren (Deorarran, Ro & Rovin)
